Cancellation Policy: A £50 deposit per room is required to secure all rooms at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to 4pm on the day of arrival will forfeit £50 deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to 4pm on the day of arrival will be liable for the cost of the first nights stay. You must obtain a reference number to validate your cancellation. Please note we reserve the right to make a 2% surcharge on credit card payments and 3.5% on American Express payments. Payments by debit card and cash are free.

Car Parking: We have limited private Car parking available at the front of Charlotte House. This is charged at £5.00 per car, per night. Alternative parking is available either in the large public car park adjacent to Charlotte House, or on street parking is also available.
